You can ask for your AlmaPlay account and personal data to be deleted at any time. There are two ways:
Parents, teachers and staff accounts are managed by your preschool. Your school’s administrator can delete your account from the AlmaPlay admin panel, which removes your login and your personal records.
Send a request from your account’s email address to catscapetech@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my AlmaPlay account”. We’ll verify the request and delete your account.
Your login (name, email, mobile number, password) and your registered mobile devices. Records that belong to the preschool (for example a child’s attendance or milestones that the school keeps for its own records) are handled by the school as the data controller. We complete deletion within 30 days. Information we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. payment records) is retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
